Volunteers should report to the BHC Office (Team Room downstairs in the clubhouse) 10 minutes before their duty starts. Those who are on duty at the Academy Car Park can go straight there.
Whatsapp groups have been set up for each of these sections. Any queries or issues with times please post on the relevant group or contact Sheree (clubhouse), Grace (Havelock hut and tuck shop), Shelley (Bann Bite and Brew), John(car park) Julie (PR) and Norman (gate).
