BHC Team for BANN FUN RUN – WEDNESDAY 22 MAY – 7PM
It is that time of year again when Banbridge starts to look forward to the Bann 10K and 4K Fun Run. This year, we are entering a team from the Junior Hockey Club (all in their red Hockey Club top) to take part in the Fun Run. The event is being held on the evening of Wednesday 22 May, and up to 1000 runners, walkers and pram pushers are expected to take part.
Fun Run is 4km long, and starts and finishes at Havelock Park. This is a fantastic summer community event involving around 1000 participants, and everyone taking part has a great time.
Cost to take part in the Fun Run is just £7 – we MUST have our numbers with the organisers by 12 May so that all our team receive their free event t-shirt.
To make things really easy please email through the following info on all those taking part to the following address – firstname.lastname@example.org or to Johnny by Whatsapp to 07428239665 – please please please send this through by 10 May.
Name of child (children) taking part along with club age group – we will have all other information on our internal records
Contact info for parent / guardian in case we need to contact you on the evening
- We will enter each of the participants with Banbridge Athletics Club – we will also have their race pack to collect on the evening at Havelock
- We will have club volunteers there on the evening
- Please bring your £7 on the evening
We will reply to confirm receipt of the info, and then issue everyone with further info before 22 May (by email, Club Facebook or Whatsapp)
A Wee Bit of Sponsorship would really help with the costs of running our club. All we ask is that you raise £10 to go into Junior Club Funds – please also bring this on the evening – THANK YOU!
Please note that all children aged 10 or under must be accompanied throughout the event by a parent or guardian.
