Pilates for the Sportsman

There will be a one off pilates session this Fri 18th November in the hockey club 7-8pm  for men only and structured to challenge the sportsman on core strength and flexibility.  It is hoped that participants will identify key areas they need to work on and postures/exercises to do this either to help any current injuries or prevent potential injuries over the hockey season.
Jane has kindly offered to take this class and is full of enthusiasm as to what she can offer and a good attendance is welcomed.  Please spread the word also to any members that may be interested.
Bring an exercise mat if you have one although a few will be avail.
